Everybody works hard and maximises their time, but there is no pressure put on anyone to work longer hours and projects and goals from the leadership of the company are in line with that.

We have very little turnover. Many of use have been with the company for over 5 years. We all know each other well. I consider everyone here a friend as well as colleague.
