What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have been working on improving employee development and enforcing staff in leadership roles to take management and development training.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being a mentor and teaching junior team. Building teams internal processes. Making users and customers happy by solving issues immediately with little to no down time. Researching solutions and testing them. Strengthening teams internal processes and weakness. Provide solutions using my experience

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better attitude towards customer service, frequent team short meetings. Team meetings should always have an agenda and followed. Team members should be open to learning and constructive criticism from team members that are more experienced and skilled. Team membership should be empowered

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Recruiter was difficult to get a hold of and not knowledgeable about the role, department or team. Interviewers were not experienced interviewing candidates. Questions asked were very entry level missing what was important pertaining to team fit and lacked details on daily responsibilities.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Remove silos within departments and across company. Identify the strengths of each employee and trust them. Management needs to be more transparent with their team, be better mentors by guiding them in areas less experienced in. Empower team and letting them make mistakes so they can learn from them
