Quality of products, and the customization option
Not getting the customization open emails. I only get the ones that tell me its closing that day. I have missed too many customization opportunities.
More accurate description of products. Item received was very cheap!
When the product is not as pictured, there should be a way to return it for a credit. I ordered a scarf which was a lot darker than the photo. I will never wear it and it's not returnable.
