What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing they dont help and are not understanding
Smart, honest, shows up and cares
They have been working on improving employee development and enforcing staff in leadership roles to take management and development training.
I think the leadership team is very smart and strategic of how they are growing and scaling the company. Definitely a growing pains stage of growth, but I think the leadership team navigating appropriately
The leadership team is incredibly supportive and positive. Makes a great working environment!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, respect, no favoritism, and work on not discriminating others because of their skin color, age, and sexual orientation.
HR, its really starting to choke things
Learn from their people, know their strengths and weaknesses, a leader should motivate their people when they are weak, give a tap at the back every time they did well, hear them out because its the people/employee who will bring a leader to the top.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid a fair market rate in LA

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic pay is not enough to compensate for the health of every employee. No health card for newbies, no doctor
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing at all . This is a terrible HOSTILE WORK PLACE

Very collaborative team of individuals that are very smart, kind, and positive. Teams of A+ player candidates.
My coworkers are among the friendliest bunch of people I've ever been around.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better attitude towards customer service, frequent team short meetings. Team meetings should always have an agenda and followed. Team members should be open to learning and constructive criticism from team members that are more experienced and skilled. Team membership should be empowered
New employees should receive stronger training
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the mission
Collaborative environment - people that are really passionate to work with each other to make the best product out there. People also really believe in the product which helps the environment of the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No favoritism or discrimination !
Remove silos within departments and across company. Identify the strengths of each employee and trust them. Management needs to be more transparent with their team, be better mentors by guiding them in areas less experienced in. Empower team and letting them make mistakes so they can learn from them
the company is excellent, the environment is cool for those teams leads who handled/treated their people well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
People are engaged. Office seemed welcoming
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I just got told to sign paper work
Recruiter was difficult to get a hold of and not knowledgeable about the role, department or team. Interviewers were not experienced interviewing candidates. Questions asked were very entry level missing what was important pertaining to team fit and lacked details on daily responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again the people and the mission
Being a mentor and teaching junior team. Building teams internal processes. Making users and customers happy by solving issues immediately with little to no down time. Researching solutions and testing them. Strengthening teams internal processes and weakness. Provide solutions using my experience
