What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have amazing insurance benefits and an excellent 401K match and incentive program.

The healthcare benefits are pretty astounding

It is solid and fair.

Base pay is very fair and comparable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

We have fun! We can be constructive without being critical. Everyone respects each other for their differences and areas of expertise.

Fun, engaged, hardworking, talented, and playful. No egos.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

There's an exaggerated level of formality here. Many fake personalities. If someone doesn't look like they belong on The Brady Bunch, they have no leadership opportunity here. Many of the leaders are terrible people behind the scenes. Incompetence is rewarded if it benefits your supervisor

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are inclusive and are constantly finding ways to keep our culture fun and engaging.

Team culture (really), engaged, fun.

We live in the same area as our customers, so we understand their needs and can communicate with them better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hold people accountable. Tons of people are getting by doing a terrible job. Leadership needs to stop being afraid of criticizing their employees. Some people straight up need to be fired. But it won't happen because everything here is politicized
