This company cares about their teammates. The culture is 2nd to none. I don't even think about looking for another job.

It started out fun and exciting, but once Mark stepped into the CEO position, things changed drastically. The company is no longer focused on employee engagement. Everything now revolves around competition. More people are working more than their 8 hours, but we get nothing for it

I like being able to help our customers. You get to know them, and you care about them, and they you! I really like the people I work with daily!

They are authentic and transparent. They don't reside in lavish offices. All leadership has same workspace as every teammate.

Base pay is very fair and comparable.

We have fun! We can be constructive without being critical. Everyone respects each other for their differences and areas of expertise.

Fun, engaged, hardworking, talented, and playful. No egos.

There's an exaggerated level of formality here. Many fake personalities. If someone doesn't look like they belong on The Brady Bunch, they have no leadership opportunity here. Many of the leaders are terrible people behind the scenes. Incompetence is rewarded if it benefits your supervisor

We are inclusive and are constantly finding ways to keep our culture fun and engaging.

Team culture (really), engaged, fun.

We live in the same area as our customers, so we understand their needs and can communicate with them better.

Hold people accountable. Tons of people are getting by doing a terrible job. Leadership needs to stop being afraid of criticizing their employees. Some people straight up need to be fired. But it won't happen because everything here is politicized

HR is involved, it is a team-based approach, and we look for team/personality fit.
