Overall not good. Have had different issus with them so I stopped working with them and would not ever tell my friends or family to work in such a company that I don't want to be a part of a company that I refuse to be a partner to!

Communication would be good and open to receive too.

Not willing to work there anymore to avoid unnecessary issues that should'nt have been!

That's on the management team. I have decided to leave Favor for these reasons!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because ive been with them a long time and giving my all for them to screw up simple things as earnings! Plus obviously couldnt keep count of calls being sent to the employee! I'm done!
