I can only think of a negative one. Favor leadership brags about inclusiveness, but we are owed by a conservative leaning company that donates to the GOP and other Republican campaigns.
That there is no issue or problems with discrimination and they are very nice

Flexible hours and days to work
Better investigative process, answering emails.
Orders should be steady. My average favor takes more than an hour to complete either bcuz of the merchant or the customer or both.. then when you have to climb 4 flights of stairs after all that and you get paid 4$ you wanna quit
Ability to resolve issues with anyone but you can't reach support EVER!
