What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You need to get rid of all the management. And 60% of your staff . Trade them on for people who will work not stand around
the general manager is rude but the other managers are great, the gm picks and chooses her favorite ans treats thw others loke trash
Actually be professional abd make sure employees are psid
The management needs to be replaced

More communication better benefits and company incentives would definitely boost work value.
