I have been with the company for 13 yrs, I really like how the corporate workers always ask my opion and I am from a franchise but work for corporate as a Coordinator/Trainer for new store openings.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, helping co workers, taking care of the restraunt
Adjusting to the needs of employees and guests
Communication as well as not changing our time in the system without speaking to us
They need to get better at cleaning , staying on task , showing up for work
Being kind to others & valuing the work
Needs to be better at listening and communicating with co-workers, and trying to help with their requests
Respect and appreciation! Reward the employees who show up and give their personal best
Absolutely everything they do needs to be improved by termination
Making sure that the job required is dinr direction and better assistance
Being leaders? They dont seem to really care.
Everything. There is not one.
Communication. Also maybe some of them should actually work in a restaurant before deciding to bring in recipes that require a billion steps to make it.
Promoting people that have spent years earning it instead of underage children with no experience.
