Worked with the company for about 2 years and got told I couldn't have a set schedule for my ride situation and that I couldn't handle registers bc of my autism, wouldn't take any into consideration. I always did what was asked and even helped extra shifts

You need to get rid of all the management. And 60% of your staff . Trade them on for people who will work not stand around
the general manager is rude but the other managers are great, the gm picks and chooses her favorite ans treats thw others loke trash

Hours are terrible the gm leaves early all the time and we never have enough product to get us through. We are constantly telling customers we are out of something
