What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is transparent and values open communication, making me feel like a valued member of the team.
They are very straight forward & non-corporate regular people.
Pretty honest and fair group. They have our best interest at heart.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaned how to deal with people and to be prepared to answer when questions raised
Setting clear expectations for the teams to execute the work.
Talent above all else should be for all employees. They tend to only care about those with the biggest egos and hard-working people are left out and then leave.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits/Insurance/Paid Time Off and 401k
The paid time off. It's unlimited.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is low compared to other agencies. They do have flex time now as well as tuition reimbursement which has helped me with my masters.
More and more work but less recognition and raises
What are some of the best things about your team?
Yes it is best company
Supportive, reliable, straightforward (no politics), passionate and committed to doing great work
Talented group of hard-working people. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are here to work as a team. It is full of individuals just trying to get through the day
There is no accountability so no one works together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong focus on creativity and results but equally supportive of the people
Everyone seems to get along and we all work well together as a group.
We are always striving to be better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be honest, there is just a lack of respect going around
Instead of an environment of me, me, me, it should be about the best way for the team.

I was asked all the right questions.
They are looking for the best people for the positions that are open

Knowing that what I'm doing is making a positive difference both on individuals as well as the collective company
Being challenged with a project & then knocking it out of the park.
When we come together as a team to do great work.

Egos. There are a lot of egos.
Individual ego, lack of team work, and no accountability.
