What's the work from home policy like at FCB ?
It isn't that great for everyone. It is very dependent on the manager. I'm very lucky, but others are not so much. I know one person that had to quit because she had a family thing and her manager wouldn't allow her to work from home on Monday and Friday
Even though we have the tech to do that, a lot of managers don’t allow it. We’ve also lost a lot of talent because they’ve told people they have to quit before allowing them to work remotely. It is sad.

How flexible is your work schedule at FCB ?
They say we have flex time off (meaning unlimited) but it is based on manager’s approval and that is based on client demand. The demand is so high, my manager doesn’t approve anyone’s time off. I went from 23 days to like maybe 5 if I’m lucky.
