What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how open the leadership team is to feedback. If I think I can do something a better way, or have ideas how we can all be better, I know that I can approach leadership with my suggestions and they will be heard.
I love it there, the company is amazing
They are good with employes and costuemers.
Results focused, dedicated and always putting our clients first. This is why we grow over 100% year-on-year.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams are very collaborative, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and the mentorship is above par.
That people are loving and caring

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we are a serious and white-glove advisory firm, there is definitely startup-esque energy about FE. Everyone is excited to work towards a common vision and help each other succeed and grow.
That everyone is so loving
It is merit based so my personal growth has been huge since joining.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
That it took a long time
I met a lot of team members before joining. I had to pass the assessments you would expect which gave the company a feel for my skill level, but it was invaluable to meet team members and understand how they worked before joining.

My team/coworkers are the absolute best.
Constantly leaning (and teaching!) It is a very open environment which fosters thought leadership and growth.
