Stop the nepotism and become competent
Marketing leadership needs a change. Felds should sell before JF ruins the entire organization and the people in it.
Arrogance is beyond comprehension. A mediocre group of people, that actually believe they are good. Their behavior towards employees is simply - you are disposable. Yes
Communication needs major work. Rarely received adequate trainer and little to no support from management. Often treated with derision and Contempt.
401K, Health benefits offered, 24 free tickets each year, time off - PTO - offering.
They pay women less than men.
Pay equity between men/women and this in similar positions
Treated as expendable and rarely given guidance either sought or demanded. Left without support and no resources to improve.
Pay is far too low for touring work. No paid overtime or holiday benefits.
They are truly a team and everyone respects everyone else.
Never heard of a meeting agenda
Coworkers are supportive and hard working. Enjoy their company and often go out of our way to help each other.
Stop gossiping and bullying. Act like adults
Be prepared for meeting. Have a meeting objective and agenda. Fewer meetings
We all work collaboratively to create shows that put smiles on children's faces and lift their spirits!

Most of the Employees don't feel appreciated
Not much really. They want to hear key words and make decisions on your education and not your experience. They'll hire someone with a BA over someone who has a HS Diploma and years of experience.
It was quite a while ago, however, my VP at the time interviewed me on-site and then again over a dinner.
Timeliness of next steps. Keeping on track
We have come back from the depths through the pandemic and by 2023 we will have more shows on the road than before the pandemic, aside from new exciting additional revenue streams.
Live entertainment is exciting and children live the shows
Crew members are mistreated, bullied and forced to work without adequate training or motivation. Management offers little to no support and often berates is for not knowing how to do something, but rarely offers training or help.
