Mr. Gordon K. Davidson serves as a Partner and Chairman of Fenwick & West LLP. Mr. Davidson advises high technology companies, including Internet, computer software and electronics companies as well as medical technology companies. He has chaired the Practising Law Institute programs on Private Placements and Mergers & Acquisitions of High Technology Companies. Mr. Davidson served as Computer Systems Engineer of Stanford Research Institute and at Measurex Corporation. Following law school, he served as a Law clerk for Judge Ben C. Duniway in the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. He serves as a Director of Tanium Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of eSilicon Corporation. He was recognized by the National Law Journal in June 2000 as one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America, by Forbes Magazine in February 2001 as one of the 50 Most Powerful Venture Capital Dealmakers and by Upside Magazine in October 2001 as one of 100 People Who Changed Our World. He is a Member of the state bar of California. Mr. Davidson graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University in 1970 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and received an M.S. in Computer Systems from Stanford in 1971. He graduated from Stanford Law School in 1974.
