How employees describe working at Fermilab

It is a very cool place to work if you like high energy physics.

I have been a technician for about 5 years and I enjoy what I do, but there is no career path for techs, unless you are a "favorite". Techs are grossly under paid.

Most of the workforce is working from home except for vital staff. My dept and section bas been flexible with time off and gives me interesting projects.

10% of your salary is vested to retirement after 2 years of service.
