the company as a whole is great but when you break down into the little stores its not so much. My store is one of the top 6 and we moved into a store that is too small for the profit we are making, the SD and ASDs don't always play fair especially with the managers. but I made some good friends

Very little to no feedback from employees is considered. Even when working out of their office settings. A good example of this is their employee surveys. They force you to take the "anonymous" survey. It's not anonymous because they require your employee of. Then don't listen to the feedback.

They are very caring people

The leadership team constantly and consistently pushes for new and better. Yet completely ignores their systemic issues. It's like bailing water out of a boat with a bucket without first plugging the leak.

They give fair vacation time

Did not receive a cost of living adjustment equal to inflation despite the company bragging about their record profits, and the CEO buying a new jet. My work has been on time, and was givin raving reviews from supervisors up until this point.

For the most part we all work as a team that is except for management

I can trust most of them with tasks

My team is knowledgeable and fun to be around. They are the main reason I stay. An all around good group of people.

I have very little to say about their culture in a positive light. Feels like a cult sometimes. It's creepy and they're all about "family"

I went through 7 total interviews with various people from portions of the team. Given the amount of interviews they also refused to do the interviews at convenient times and required me to drive across the state to meat with their leadership team. Uncompensated 3 hour drive.
