Other manufavturers pay more than festo. That simple. The wages reported on this sire are false

Collective approach to resolve the problem
Nice, compentent and socially competent people. They want to deliver value to the company and to customers, they don't play politics.
Best in the world and combined efforts altogether
Accountable and flexible environment. Team mates help each other, very good support.

We treat each other as human beings. Free time is respected, work commitments also.
Transparent and accountable... Good support for sales
The support from team mates is best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have a sales director that does not date the staff. Also follow company procedures would be nice

Direct conversation with my future boss at the first inhouse meeting (after a first round at the head hunter)
