Friendly nature while we are working

We treat each other as human beings. Free time is respected, work commitments also.

Transparent and accountable... Good support for sales

The support from team mates is best.

Low pressure with the ability to manage work and tasks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Have a sales director that does not date the staff. Also follow company procedures would be nice
