Daniel Kennedy Murphy — Senior VP & Treasurer at Fidelity National Financial

Mr. Daniel Kennedy Murphy, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) of Fidelity Information Services, Inc. and Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. since October 2008. Mr. Murphy is responsible for all facets of the banking, funding, liquidity, cash flow management and all other treasury related functions for FNF. He also managed all external financial relationships for FNF, including investor relations and rating agency activities. Mr. Murphy serves as an Executive Officer of Fidelity Information Services Inc., a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Mr. Murphy served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Fidelity National Financial Inc. and old FNF from July 2000 to October 2008. Prior to joining FNF, he spent nearly nine years with Heller Financial, Inc. in a number of financial positions, including International Treasurer, Vice President of Corporate Finance and Director of Investor Relations. Prior to Heller, Mr. Murphy spent three years with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. He volunteers his time as a Coach for NOL little league baseball and the Riverside Presbyterian Church youth basketball league. Mr. Murphy was the Chairman of the Gator Bowl Association. He serves on the board of Atypical Arts Presents. He was a Trustee of the Gator Bowl Association. Mr. Murphy is the Chairman of the Governance Committee on the board of directors of the Sulzbacher Center. Mr. Murphy holds both Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations. Mr. Murphy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
