Always turning over the next truck, training, growing. Cutting edge of technology as well. Helps with the title and escrow business.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commissions in my Area of expertise.
The compensation package is fair
Health insurance options including dental and PTO. Also paid sick days that are separate from PTO days.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody has everybody's back Whether you're entitled escrow, sales or any other position.
The company's leaders are transparent and positive
Environment: masking encouraged/mandatory in office, vaccinations encouraged. Culture: team oriented, helpfulness encouraged

What did you like most about the interview process?
There was only one interview and it was between me, my supervisor, and the branch manager (aka boss). Felt casual, questions were exploratory and simple. Went into it with very little knowledge of the industry but showed the will to apply myself and learn.

I get to work from home. I know that if I need help understanding something then someone will find the time to explain it to me.
