Mr. Raymond R. Quirk, also known as Randy, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since December 7, 2013 and served as its President from April 2008 to December 7, 2013. Mr. Quirk served as Co-President of Fidelity National Financial Inc. from May 2007 to April 2008 and also as its Co-Chief Operating Officer from October 2006 to May 2007. He served as the President of Fidelity National Financial Inc. from January 2003 to February 2006. He served as President of old FNF since 2002 until October 2005 when he was named its Chief Executive Officer. He joined old FNF in 1985. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. He was responsible for the Direct and Agency operations of five leading title insurance underwriters: Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Ticor Title, Security Union Title Commonwealth Land Title, Lawyers Title and Alamo Title. In addition, he was responsible for ServiceLink, a leading provider of centralized title and closing services to national lenders. Mr. Quirk has served in numerous executive and management positions, including Executive Vice President and Division Manager and Regional Manager, with responsibilities for managing direct and agency operations nationally. He has been a Director of J. Alexander's Holdings, Inc. since September 14, 2015. He has been a Director of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. since February 2, 2017.
