Heirarchical, workers are discouraged from discussing pay with their coworkers, the benefits are decent/competitive with other fortune 500 companies, management has thus far not given me slack for taking sick days if I need them, working from home, overall experience is good but could be better.
Great opportunities for career growth
Strong core vakues and a great cultiue. Customers come first. So many different ways to do business within this company versus first American. I've worked at both. And Fidelity is twice the company of First American.
