Pays too little and charges too much
Very poor communication. Are told to not mention staff out of Bangladesh to customers. Told not to respond if customers ask. Seems as though this is all being done for a big cash out by the executives. H1Bs sponsored/hired instead of qualified American candidates.

How flexible is your work schedule at Field Nation?
This answer applies to working at Field Nation corporate rather than as an independent contractor on their platform. Field Nation corporate follows established working hours. But the lights don't shut off at 5pm. Engineering will still be crunching away to hit their sprint targets and release deadlines. Customer support and provider service will still be on the phone helping users and customers finish up their jobs and handle issues. Taking time off is encouraged so that you can recharge.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Field Nation?
Very easy. Working at Field Nation corporate in Minneapolis is intense and they work hard. They also play hard and fostering an open, inviting and engaging corporate culture is important to them. There are people from all stages of life there, from singles to young couples to established families. People ride the bus. Others commute by car. Others work from home. Enjoying work together is important but so is understanding the life exists outside of work.
