What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to implement better processes
It nice to work with professionals.
They work hard daily to grow

No improvement needed maybe quicker response on emails

Support for the deployment teams
Everything they do goes against the tech
They see everything through a black and white lens. No gray areas. This isn't reality.
Fieldnation ONLY cares about buyers and not technicians.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I set the compensation package for myself.
The hourly pay is fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pays too little and charges too much
Definitely needs to have access to mote benefit options
Money on time would be good
The percentages are getting to high

We have some of the brightest and most talented minds on the planet
People bring various hard and soft skills together.
We work well together as a cohesive team
Everyone is very knowledgeable in their expertise.
No meetings since I have been on board

They need to provide quality services.

The attitudes of the people I work with
The attitudes off every person involved
Everyone is hapoy and get along great
The people are nice and the environment is friedlycand work oriented.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not bias and be ethical
1. Technicians should be treated and paid fairly 2. don't always take the buyer's side. 3. make sure techs are qualified for jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The only interview that took place was a phone call between myself and someone who was helping me get my LLC paperwork submitted. It was a fairly straightforward process.
Open answers questions allowed me to showcase my abilities
I felt comfortable. Very personable.
