What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A sense of excitement in our growth.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting stuff done, being productive, a sense of purpose.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel that they're making an effort to make employees happy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My co-managers are hard working, engaged and supportive. I love working with them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Knowing that support makes the least in company is difficult for morale, even if we're paid "well" for support in the general market. Also not a fan of the localisation plan. Would really like transparent salaries.
