I feel valued as a person and contributor. People go out of their way to to make me feel included which has been invaluable during the tough times with lockdown
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling as if I am having an impact on the business and partnering to help my customers see value. Also the customers themselves who on the most part have humility and no ego, this is a real breath of fresh air!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary and OTE is under the industry average for my role. Equity is amazing but does not cover finances in the short term. I took a significant paycut to join Figma and would hope to gain some kind of parity vs industry average and my previous package at some point.
