What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Some of my colleagues are fast becoming friends. In some ways, we've become friends for bad reasons: we've been thrown into a furnace and the experiences have bonded us together.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Figma underpays. It's disheartening. I think Figma can take its employees for granted, in part due to the incredible growth. The golden handcuffs of equity and options will not last forever. Anecdotally, this feeling is shared across functions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The biggest boost to my professional ego was that Figma thought I was good enough to work alongside my colleagues. They are some of the talented, competent folks I've met professionally. Moreover, Figma has to be credited for hiring culturally - everyone is genuinely very nice.
