What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We all want to grow and trying to support each other
What is the best part about your compensation package? We have lots of company holidays and PTO
What are some of the best things about your team? The best things about my team would be curiosity, openness and kindness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Hypergrowth means everyone's equity is so radically different. I am annoyed because I've been performing at a consistently high place and have gotten no promotion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Figma underpays. It's disheartening. I think Figma can take its employees for granted, in part due to the incredible growth. The golden handcuffs of equity and options will not last forever. Anecdotally, this feeling is shared across functions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My salary and OTE is under the industry average for my role. Equity is amazing but does not cover finances in the short term. I took a significant paycut to join Figma and would hope to gain some kind of parity vs industry average and my previous package at some point.
