What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amazing leaders, that truly care about their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Letting the team that built the company have the autonomy to do their jobs. Get the new senior leaders out of operations they know nothing about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total comp package is highly competitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the end of the day I just want to do my job and do it well without micromanagement. Oversight is necessary but our teams are proven executors. Just give us the trust we once had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The talent I get to work alongside with is amazing. They are knowledgeable and know how to get a job done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees, the support they have for each other makes work that much more bearable.
Incredibly intentional culture about uplifting everyone and making sure all voices are heard!

Feeling like i was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me. It was a very open process.
