Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe sales individuals should get more of a base.

A salary increase would make me feel better and if overtime was payed

To have a salary and other benefits that fits my responsibilities and qualifications.

The company lost focus on health care benefits and focused a bit too much on EBITDA.

No raises in 2020. Raises differed for months for 2021 and are tiny. Loosing quality talent constantly. Pay your employees market value.
