Company invests in future online banking as a service. That's great, but they've fired all the SMEs that take care if actual customers that pay bills to keep the lights on.
Horrible people culture, no people management, abusive management style. People are scared

job security is very low, pay is low
There are not enough training for employees.

Compensation needs to be improved a lot. Decision making needs to be improved a lot. Quality of management needs to be improved a lot.
Lack of innovation; desire to maintain status quo; zero focus on employee engagement (Happy employees = happy customers which equals happy shareholders); shocking lack of process, problem triage , planning and execution. "We've always done it this way" attitudes are rampant.
