Company has a clear vision, direction and ambition. Good culture, genuine. Looked after every employee during the pandemic, no layoffs, no furloughs etc. A nice place to work - always a lot to do but you feel like they have your back.

comparable salary to industry. generous benefits package (uncapped leave, personal policies, bonus on company/individual performance)

real people, regular all company check-ins with them to hear what they're focused on, worried about, working towards etc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
can be honest and open with (most) colleagues. got each other's backs, particularly if we think we're pursuing the wrong goal, management will usually listen.
What makes you most happy at work?
my team, the flexibility of working hours, exec team, every day I discover how smart colleagues that I haven't worked with are. Some really really good people here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
very smart people, they can juggle a lot. Some people have been there for a long time and find it harder to keep up with the way the industry is going, most people adapt really well to change.
