Some are great, management is awful No people management at all

Horrible people culture, no people management, abusive management style. People are scared

Culture of fear and abuse. No future. Vista just wants to pretty it up to sell
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Go public, change corporate culture which is not possible for as long as Vista owns it
