What did you like most about the interview process?

Been there almost 25 years. Company has been bought many times since I started.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership turns over so quickly. They see writing in the wall. Huge for sale sign in front yard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No raises in 2020. Raises differed for months for 2021 and are tiny. Loosing quality talent constantly. Pay your employees market value.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They speak constantly about work life balance and have offered unlimited flex vacation. Too bad there isn't time to take any.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company invests in future online banking as a service. That's great, but they've fired all the SMEs that take care if actual customers that pay bills to keep the lights on.
