Become a leadership team. Currently, they are a bunch of short sighted cost cutters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe sales individuals should get more of a base.
A salary increase would make me feel better and if overtime was payed
To have a salary and other benefits that fits my responsibilities and qualifications.
The company lost focus on health care benefits and focused a bit too much on EBITDA.
No raises in 2020. Raises differed for months for 2021 and are tiny. Loosing quality talent constantly. Pay your employees market value.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some are great, management is awful No people management at all

Great local team. The company tries to conflict goals among teams in order to optimize results, but this is not really working.

The people/ teams at Finastra try to do their best, but it is hard or impossible when you don't have the support of higher management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to hire staff so that the workload lowers to normal.
They speak constantly about work life balance and have offered unlimited flex vacation. Too bad there isn't time to take any.
Go public, change corporate culture which is not possible for as long as Vista owns it

Transparency at all levels. There is none of that now. I've never worked for a company where most of my coworkers (including many of the leaders one level above me) have no idea what's going on regarding certain areas of their business. It's mind boggling to me. The lack of transparency is crazy.

Extremely long process, CCAT test is outdated concept required by Vista

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company invests in future online banking as a service. That's great, but they've fired all the SMEs that take care if actual customers that pay bills to keep the lights on.
Horrible people culture, no people management, abusive management style. People are scared
