Our ICs are some of the best I've ever worked with. Collaboration is always on point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong equity component. If I wanted a higher base I could go and work for a mega-corporation but I made the choice to work for an early stage startup. You cant have it all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is what you make of it. You can choose to get caught up in things you cannot control or you can make a conscious choice to impact what you can control and communicate frustrations effectively on things you cannot control.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly think they care about us. Running a company is hard, there are tough decisions that need to be made and sometimes we (I) may not agree with those decisions but I also do not have to make those decisions. The executives teams job is to keep the company alive and moving forward.
