Appreciation and recognition of its teammates
Take care of the worker's, not just the numbers.
Following through and recognizing employees who go the extra mile and reward then instead of rewarding the employees who constantly mess up. It used to be a good company to work for. Actual breaks. More pay. Better staffed. Shorter hours
You're given a glorified title to have more responsibilities without the pay.
The front staff get bonus and spiffs and us techs don't get anything maybe give some incentive for techs and I personally know atleast 5 techs who have quit because of this exact reason I bet it would keep techs from quitting Firestone the turn around rate on techs would drop a lot more
Hourly pay rather than flat rate in certain areas.
From what i see i make less and do more work then i see being down around here ..i do the work that the higher technicians dont feel comfortable doin
Coworkers were not the issue
More teamwork is needed there

They need to be more transparent about average pay and what hours they are going to expect of their employees.
Having a sales manager interview a technician is silly, lead techs should give input on potential candidates
Shorter shifts or fair compensation for the hours worked. Salary employees like myself work way to many hours and do not get compensated for them.
