Mr. Adam L. Rosman has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at First Data Corporation since October 2014. Mr. Rosman served as Group General Counsel of Willis Group Limited. Mr. Rosman was responsible for legal, corporate secretary, compliance, audit and risk management. He served as Group General Counsel at Willis Group Holdings Public Limited Company since May 7, 2012 and served as its Company Secretary. He joined Willis in 2009 and served for three years as Deputy Group General Counsel, responsible for Willis' worldwide legal operations. Mr. Rosman served as a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cablevision Systems Corporation. He served as a Partner at the Washington D.C.-based law firm of Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, where he advised public companies and senior executives on a range of topics, including Sarbanes-Oxley. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Rosman was an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C., where he prosecuted a wide range of matters. He worked as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Staff Secretary for President Clinton from 2000 to 2001. He has lectured extensively as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Rosman is a member of the Willis Group's Executive Committee, the senior management team setting and executing Willis' global strategy. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Union College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Member of Phi Beta Kappa.
