Mr. Christopher M. Foskett has been Head of Corporate & Business Development and Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since June 2015. Mr. Foskett served as Head of Global, Strategic & National Accounts at First Data Corporation since May 2014. Mr. Foskett served as Global Head of Sales for J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services business and Regional Executive of the Treasury Services business for North America. He has a wealth of experience from his 30-year career in financial services spanning a wide range of client-facing activities across corporate and investment banking and transaction services. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2011. Before that, he spent 18 years at Citi in a number of key roles including global head of mergers and acquisitions and head of global sales for Transaction Services. He served as a Managing Director and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group in Citigroup's Corporate Bank since 2007. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Foskett served as Head of Sales and Relationship Management for Citigroup Global Transaction Services. He served as Global Industry Head for the Insurance and Investment Industries in Citigroup's Global Corporate Bank from 1999 to 2003. He held various roles in Citigroup's mergers and acquisitions group. Global Finance magazine has cited him as one the select bankers featured in their ranking of Who's Who in Treasury and Cash. Mr. Foskett has been Director of Verisk Analytics, Inc. since 1999.
