Mr. David R. Money has been Vice Chairman of First Data Corporation since October 2014. Mr. Money served as an Executive Vice President and Secretary at First Data Corporation since February 2007. Mr. Money also served as General Counsel of First Data Corporation from March 13, 2007 to October 2014. Previously, he served as an Acting General Counsel of First Data Corp. from June 20, 2006 to February 2007. Prior thereto, he served as a Partner in the law firm of Jones, Waldo, Holbrook and McDonough in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Alta Health Strategies from November 1990 to October 1995 when Alta Health Strategies was acquired by First Data Corp. He filled a series of increasingly responsible positions in First Data Corp.'s General Counsel's Office until being promoted to General Counsel--Level A in March 2001 and Deputy General Counsel in March 2004. Mr. Money attended the University of Oregon School of Law and was awarded a Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah.
