Mr. Gustavo Marin has been Executive Vice President and Head of Latin America Region at First Data Corporation since February 2015. Mr. Marin served as Country Head of Brazil of Citi Markets & Banking. Mr. Marin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Brazil of Citigroup Inc. and President of Banco Citibank S.A. Mr. Marin served as Chief Executive Officer of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) in Latin America since March 2004. He served as Head of Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group for Latin America of Citigroup Inc. since March 11, 2004. He began his career at Citibank in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1981. After joining as an Executive Trainee in the Credit Department, he was promoted to Relationship Manager and later to Unit Head for Public Sector and Financial Institutions. He became a Division Head in charge of Transaction Banking in 1988. In 1993, Mr. Marin was promoted to CCO and CIB Country Business Manager of Citibank in Asuncion, Paraguay. He then assumed the CCO and CIB Country Business Manager functions in Lima, Peru, in 1996 and in 1998, became the Country Business Manager for the CIB in S??o Paulo, Brazil. Between December 2002 and March 2004 he also served as a One-Bank Head in Brazil with business responsibilities for the CIB, GCB and Credicard group businesses in the country. He is a Member of the Council of Directors of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban) and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Commodities and Futures Exchange in Brazil (BM&F). He was appointed Member of the Council for Economic and Social Development of President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva. Mr. Marin graduated with a degree in Finance from the Universidad de la Republica, Uruguay, in 1981.
