Mr. Ivo M. Distelbrink has been an Executive Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific Region at First Data Corporation since August 22, 2016. Mr. Distelbrink has more than 20 years of global banking experience, coupled with extensive regional knowledge. He joined First Data from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), where he held the role of Managing Director and Regional Head of Global Transaction Services (GTS) for APAC. He served as the Head of Asia Pacific Global Treasury Services - Hong Kong and Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Global Treasury Services of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. since March 2010. He served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions for Japan at Citigroup, Inc. and Citi Global Transaction Services since May 2009. He served as the Head of Sales for Treasury and Trade Solutions in Asia Pacific and Japan. Prior to joining BAML in 2010, he spent 16 years with Citigroup holding various roles, including Managing Director and Regional Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions for GTS, Managing Director and China GTS Head, Chief Executive Officer & Corporate Bank Head for New Zealand and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategic Planning for Global Corporate Banking in Brazil. Mr. Distelbrink holds a Business Degree from Erasmus University's Rotterdam School of Management.
