Mr. Jeffrey Shanahan, also known as Jeff, has been an Executive Vice President of Cardconnect at First Data Corporation since August 7, 2017. Mr. Shanahan served as an Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since July 2017 until August 7, 2017. Mr. Shanahan served the Chief Executive Officer of CardConnect Corp. since February 18, 2014 and its President since August 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of CardConnect, LLC. He is an Executive Officer at FTS Holding Corporation. He joined FTS in 2006 after a successful career in Management Consulting. He is responsible for ongoing management of the FTS and its subsidiaries, contract management/negotiation with FTS's processing partners, operations oversight, investor relations and sales development. As Chief Operating Officer, he developed all the operational processes and procedures utilized at FTS including the application processing web enabled tools and residual reporting. Prior to FTS, Mr. Shanahan worked as Management Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and Capgemini. Specifically, his experience includes project management and business analysis roles in regulatory compliance and case management system implementations; experience also includes pricing policy development, business case development and SAP process/systems analysis & testing. He is an expert on helping companies create tangible ROI and business value from content management, process/systems analysis & testing. He serves as a Director of FTS Holding Corporation. He served as a Director of CardConnect Corp. from February 2008 to July 6, 2017. Mr. Shanahan is a Graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Management Science and Information Systems.
