Mr. John Elkins has been the Chairman of International at First Data Corporation since October 2014. Mr. Elkins serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at FundsXpress Financial Network, Inc. He served as the President of International Regions at First Data Corporation since March 2011 and its Executive Vice President since September 2009. Mr. Elkins served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at First Data Corp. since September 2009 and as its Head of Global Strategy at First Data Corporation. Mr. Elkins served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer since September 2009. Prior to joining First Data, he served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. From 1991 to 1999, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Naisbitt Group. He also previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Visa International. He founded FutureBrand in 1999 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He was also Co-Founder and President of DiefenbachElkins, from 1990 to 1995 before being acquired by IPG. He served as Chairman of Elateral Limited. He serves as a Director of Elateral Limited and FINCA International, Inc. He has been Director of OnRequest Images, Inc. since December 2008. He has been a Non-Executive Director of RS2 Software PLC since August 17, 2015. He serves on the United Nations Advisory Board for Inclusive Financial Service. His previous Board roles include Wells Fargo Merchant Services. Mr. Elkins was a Member of the McCann-Erickson WorldGroup board from 1997 to 2004 and has published several papers on the topic of payments including 'Payment Solutions for Modernizing Economies,' Commonwealth Business Council Report, September 2006; 'Electronic Payments: A Catalyst for Tourism & Economic Development,' World Economic Forum Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Report 2007; and 'Rethinking Commercial Security in the Digital Age,' Visa Whitepaper, June 2007. Mr. Elkins holds Msc degree from the University of Oregon and a BEd degree from the University of Exeter, England.
