Mr. Michael K. Neborak, also known as Mike, has been Head of EMEA Region at First Data Corporation since January 2016. Mr. Neborak has been an Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation since July 11, 2014 and served as its Director of Finance from July 11, 2014 to December 13, 2016. Prior to joining FDC, Mr. Neborak served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Willis Group Limited from July 2010 to June 2014. Mr. Neborak served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Willis Group Holdings Public Limited Company since July 6, 2010 until June 1, 2014 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Willis Group in 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer of MSCI Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until 2010. He worked for Citigroup and its predecessors from 1982 to 2006, holding a number of positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Operations & Technology and Chief Financial Officer for Alternative Investments, where he was responsible for managing the finance organizations, helping develop the strategy and business strategic initiatives, including the evaluation of acquisitions and alliances as well as leadership of the transaction execution and acquisition approval processes. From 1996 to 2000, he served as Managing Director in Salomon Smith Barney's investment banking practice for financial institutions. He is a member of the Willis Group's Executive Committee, the senior management team setting and executing Willis' global strategy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and New York State Society of CPAs. Mr. Neborak holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business from the New York University.
