Mr. Thomas Joseph Higgins, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of First Data Corporation since May 2014. Mr. Higgins joined First Data Corp in December 2013. Before joining First Data, he served as the Head of Operational Control and Military and Veterans Affairs at JPMorgan Chase & Co., from January 2011 to December 2013. He served as Executive Vice President of Retail Distribution at JPMorgan Chase & Co, Chase Insurance Group. In 2010, Mr. Higgins retired after a 24-year career with the U.S. Government. He worked in the national security and foreign policy areas and was a Member of the Senior Executive Service. He has been a Director of Business Executives for National Security, Inc. since September 3, 2015.
