What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You keep hearing the promises to rotate the team members to learn different advanced technologies in FDB. But in reality, it never happened and I started to think that "Is it even possible"? You are not given a lot of chances to learn and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Reviewed annually and increase provided depending on performance.

Collaborative and professional HR and Facilities team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the worst culture dominated by people started here 20 years ago. They stick on here because the company offers pension for people joined earlier

FDB provides meaningful work, and employees work towards that.

worst place to work and you get frustrated daily
