Respecting coworkers' boundaries and showing realistic expectations
They don't follow through, and seem really busy in their office on their personal phone calls.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is pretty good part of package
They raised the starting wage to what is an extremely fair one. I think it is worth it.
