First Tennessee plays favorites when getting raises and promotions. Those who work hard are not compensated fairly and those that do get promoted it's mostly by who you know, not your work ethic.
The culture of paranoid workers only looking out for themselves is due to leadership pitting employees agsinst each other. Fire the local leadership or eventually there will be no one left to "manage"
Most of my coworkers are good employees, some need to care about how their work ethic effects others.
Managers need to care more about their employees.
Do not mislead people in their interviews and make promises you do not intend on keeping
The news of TD merger has not helped the current situation with customers
